Omelette with avocado

Whisk the eggs and milk in a small bowl. Don't whisk, just shake - just so the egg whites and yolks are mixed.
Turn on medium heat and let the pan heat up. Add both types of oil and turn the pan so that it spreads over the entire surface. Increase the heat to high.
When the butter begins to foam, pour in the egg and milk mixture. Tilting the pan in different directions, let it spread in an even layer.
Wait for the omelette to brown on one side and flip it over.
Place Cream Cheese, sliced avocado, on one side of the omelette.
Add the microgreens and cover with the second part of the omelette.
Salt and pepper and serve.
