Syrniki with ricotta

Combine all the ingredients: ricotta, egg, flour, sugar, salt.
2.
Thoroughly stir the cheesecake batter with a spoon.
3.
Roll out the dough into small cakes. Roll the syrniki in flour.
4.
Fry in a pan with vegetable oil until golden on both sides.
5.
Before serving, garnish the cheesecakes with berries, fruit, powdered sugar, jam or sour cream.
