Cut the mozzarella into slices.
Chop the greens.
Slice a tomato into slices. Cut the slices in half.
Cut lavash into 20x20 cm pieces.
Place slices of cheese on the edge of the lavash. Place tomatoes and greens on top of the cheese. Wrap the lavash on all sides.
Place the lavash on a rack and put it on the grill. It is important that the heat on the grill is quite low, otherwise the lavash can burn, and the cheese inside it will not melt. Since the main dish of the picnic is usually a kebab, it is better to put lavash just after it is cooked.
