Pasta with broccoli and peas

Preparation

1.

Put the pasta in a large saucepan and pour 1 liter of boiling water. Use a thick-walled pan so that the pasta is covered with water and cooks evenly.

2.

Bring to a boil over high heat. Then cover with a lid, reduce the heat to medium and cook for another 10 minutes.

3.

Add the broccoli, peas and spinach. Cover and simmer for 6-8 minutes or until pasta is cooked through and all liquid is absorbed.

4.

Add basil, cream cheese, pesto, lemon zest and juice, and a big pinch of salt and pepper. Mix well.

5.

Spread on plates and serve immediately. Garnish with the cheese and pine nuts.
