Melt the chocolate in a water bath or in the microwave.
Set aside some chocolate to decorate the mousse.
Mix ricotta, sugar and melted chocolate until smooth.
Pour the mousse into containers.
Chill the mousse in the refrigerator for at least two hours and a maximum of 24 hours.
Before serving, sprinkle the mousse with a little chocolate or sprinkle with chocolate chips. Garnish with berries or fruit.
