Crush the cookies into crumbs, pour in the melted butter and mix.
Tightly tamp the mass of cookies on the bottom of the form and bake for 10 minutes at 160 ° C, cool.
Beat the creme cheese with the powdered sugar. Add the cream and eggs. Stir until smooth.
Pour the cheese mixture onto the cheesecake base and bake for 80 minutes at 160°C. Leave in the oven for another hour.
Refrigerate the finished cheesecake for 6-8 hours.
Before serving, garnish with any berries and drizzle with chocolate topping.
