1.
Cut mozzarella into slices.
2.
Cut tomatoes into circles.
3.
Prepare the sauce: mix balsamic vinegar and olive oil in a ratio of 1:4, respectively.
4.
Arrange the tomatoes and cheese on top of each other one by one.
5.
Sprinkle oregano and salt to taste, garnish with basil leaves.
6.
Pour the prepared sauce.
