Strawberry tartlets

  1. Mix yolks, 60 g of sugar, salt, cut butter and cream. Pour the sifted flour and knead the dough.
  2. Create a ball from the dough, wrap it up in food wrap and let it cool within an hour.
  3. Divide the cooled dough into 8 equal parts. Roll each part and lay out in a form.
  4. Bake tartlets for 10 minutes at 180 °C.
  5. Whip cream cheese with 40 g of sugar. Lay out the cheese mixture on the cooled tartlets. Put strawberry pieces above.
