Chanterelle tart
Preparation

Vegetarian
  1. Blend butter, add salt and flour. Pour in water and knead the dough.
  2. Fry chanterelle mushrooms in olive oil.
  3. Whip eggs, add cream cheese, grated cheese, herbs, chanterelles and mix.
  4. Roll the cooled dough and lay in a form making sides.
  5. Spread cheese stuffing and bake for 40 minutes at 180 °C.
  6. Decorate with herbs before serving.
