Puff-pastry tartlets with bilberry

  1. Cut even quantity of small squares from the dough. In a half of them make holes with a glass in the center of each.
  2. On each square greased with egg lay a square with a hole. Grease with egg.
  3. Bake the dough in an oven for 10 minutes at 200 °C, then slightly press the tartlets in the center and allow to cool.
  4. Whip cream with sugar. Whip mascarpone in separate bowl. Mix everything until smooth.
  5. Fill the tartlets with cream, lay bilberry above and bake for 10 more minutes at 200 °C.
  6. Allow to cool and decorate with mint before serving.
