Salad with apples and mozzarella

  1. Slice apples.
  2. Get the nuts out of shells carefully not to damage kernels.
  3. Mix spinach, apples, mozzarella, walnut, cranberry and torn lettuce leaves in a big bowl.
  4. Pour cranberry sauce before serving.
