Salad with pumpkin and mozzarella

  1. Cut pumpkin into slices and fry on olive oil.
  2. Fry pumpkin seeds on a dry frying pan.
  3. Mix spinach, cooled pumpkin, pumpkin seeds and mozzarella in a big bowl.
  4. Pour soy sauce before serving.
