Salad with zucchini and mozzarella

  1. Place zucchini in iced water and put it in the fridge up to 3 hours before cooking. Cut the cooled zucchinis into thin strips.
  2. For the dressing: blend olive oil, lemon juice, salt, white pepper and basil in a blender or it is better to ground it in the mortar.
  3. Add the dressing to salad and mix carefully.
  4. Lay out mozzarella cheese from above.
  5. Wait for 5 minutes before serving to make it soak more dressing.
