  1. Tear lettuce leaves by hands.
  2. Cut a bell pepper into strips.
  3. Slice a tomato.
  4. Cut onions into half rings.
  5. Mix olive oil with lemon juice, soy sauce and sugar. Stir until creamy consistency.
  6. Add black olives and mozzarella cheese. Add salad dressing just before serving.
