Pizza with rucola and mushrooms

  1. Preheat an oven up to 180 degrees.
  2. Heat oil in a big frying pan on medium heat. Fry garlic clove for 3-4 minutes with the sliced mushrooms. Add some salt and pepper.
  3. Roll pizza dough and lay out on a baking sheet.
  4. Smear the dough with olive oil. Strew with grated mozzarella cheese.
  5. Lay out mushrooms and ricotta from above.
  6. Bake for about 20 minutes. Strew with fresh rucola and oregano before serving.
