Panna cotta

  1. Wet gelatin in milk and leave for 15 minutes.
  2. Put cream on fire, warm up, pour in gelatin, mix and remove from fire in a minute.
  3. Whip cream cheese at room temperature with vanilla and sugar. Add gelatin mix and stir.
  4. Apply chocolate topping on a bottom and edges of an ice-cream bowl and allow to cool.
  5. Sieve creamy mixture and pour carefully in an ice-cream bowl. Leave it in the fridge for 3 hours.
  6. Overturn an ice-cream bowl on a dish and lay out a dessert decorating it with a mint leaf before serving.
