Turov dairy industrial complex expanded the assortment of creamy cottage cheeses Cremolle Bonfesto by starting the production of soft cheeses with spicy flavors.
Three bright new products in convenient packaging were entered the market. These cheeses are oriented to sandwich and spoon consumption:
1. Soft cottage cheese «Cremolle» with filler «Sun-dried tomatoes» - weight 125 g;
2. Soft cottage cheese «Cremolle» with filler «Forest mushrooms» - weight 125 g;
3. Soft cottage cheese «Cremolle» with filler «Salty cucumbers» - weight 125 g.

Cremolle with fillers can be used like a dish for tasty and healthy snack, including outside the home, as well as for preparing various appetizers, sauces, hot dishes. This creamy cottage cheese goes well with pasta, lasagna, cream soup, pizza, bruschetta, bagels, etc.
New products went on sale in Belarus and soon would be presented on all main export markets.

The bright new element in the Bonfesto dessert series
In October, 2018, the amazingly bright taste of one favourite exotic berry, kiwifruit, will be added to the range of dessert ricotta series. The kiwifruit taste in combination with extremely tender ricotta will gift an exquisite delight to a customer.

Among June innovations of Turov dairy complex new Bonfesto mascarpone with "Tiramisu" taste deserves special attention.
This product opens a new range of cream cheeses with popular dessert tastes. The light creamy consistence, gentle taste and delicate coffee aroma will impress even real connoisseurs of refined confectionery pleasures.
Soft mascarpone with "Tiramisu" taste is ideal for cakes, pastries, creams and even sandwiches and it has no competitors being independent dessert in combination with favourite fruit and fresh seasonal berries.
In Bonfesto assortment essentially new product has appeared – two-layer ricotta with dessert tastes. The new range is presented by bright kinds of "Stracciatella", "Cherry- chocolate" and "Strawberry". Favourite tastes in combination with the most delicate ricotta will give the consumer an exquisite pleasure.
Defrost puff pastry dough, roll to the form size forming sides.
Oil a form with vegetable oil, lay out the dough, evenly puncture bottom of the dough with a fork. Lay out the parchment above and fill beans (peas, kidney beans etc.) on the parchment in order that dough holds its shape and does not puff up, put the form with the dough in the oven to bake for 10 minutes at 180 °. In 10 minutes remove the paper with beans and bake for 5-7 minutes more.
Cut salmon and mozzarella into small cubes, cut cherry tomatoes in half.
Whip eggs, stir with milk and salt to taste.
Lay out fish and cheese on the dough, pour with egg and milk mix.
Lay out halves of cherry tomatoes from above and put in the oven for 25-35 minutes.
Serve, having decorated with chopped spring onions and dill (optional).
