Ricotta and kiwi mousse

  1. Make coffee without sugar. A small cup of 50-100 ml is enough. Allow coffee to cool.
  2. Thoroughly mix ricotta with honey (it is better to do it with blender).
  3. Place the mixture in a pastry bag and allow to cool.
  4. Fill in portion glasses with mixture: pouring each layer with a coffee spoon.
  5. Blend kiwi. Add to glasses. Decorate with grated chocolate.
