Mozzarella lavash

  1. Slice mozzarella.
  2. Chop herbs.
  3. Cut tomato into rounds. Cut the rounds in half.
  4. Cut lavash into 20х20 cm pieces.
  5. Lay out cheese slices on the edge of lavash. Put tomatoes and herbs over cheese. Wrap lavash from all sides.
  6. Lay out lavash on the grill and put it on the brazier. It is important to make the heat rather low, otherwise lavash can burn whereas cheese won't melt inside. As barbecue is a usual main picnic course, it is better to serve lavash right after it is ready.
