  1. Sift flour, add butter at room temperature, 180 g of sugar, 2 eggs, salt and mix it with a mixer. Form a ball from the dough, wrap in a plastic wrap and put into the fridge for 30 minutes.
  2. Mix ricotta, sugar, vanilla sugar, eggs, starch and stir everything until smooth. Add finely chopped chocolate orange peel to ready cheese mixture.
  3. Get dough out from the fridge, roll, lay in a form making a side, removing extra edges. Lay out the dough on a stuffing. Cut the strips from the rest of the dough and decorate the pie from above.
  4. Bake for 40–45 minutes at 190 °C. Allow to cool before serving.
