Italian ricotta cutlets

  1. Wash herbs, drain and chop. Peel onions and fry them on a frying pan. Add garlic.
  2. Mash ricotta with a fork. Mix the cooled onions and garlic, herbs, corn grains, egg, bread crumbs, ricotta and mince in a big bowl. Salt and pepper.
  3. Make flat cutlets from mince, roll in slightly in flour and fry on the oiled frying pan for 3–4 minutes from each side.
  4. After roasting cover it and leave for a while.
  5. Serve hot strewed with herbs.
