Brownie with mascarpone

  1. Melt butter on slow fire, lower fire, add crushed dark chocolate, stir thoroughly in 30 seconds.
  2. Add sugar, vanilla, a small pinch of salt, stir once again.
  3. Add the sifted cocoa powder and stir once again.
  4. Add eggs one by one mixing the dough every time.
  5. Add some mascarpone, mix.
  6. Add the sifted flour and mix the dough until smooth.
  7. Pour dough in the oiled form covered by parchment, spread it and bake for 50 minutes.
  8. Turn a cake layer on a dish, allow to cool and cover with chocolate cream.
  9. Chocolate cream: bring cream with powdered sugar to a boil (but do not boil it) on a slow fire.
  10. Get off from fire, add pieces of dark chocolate and leave for several minutes.
  11. Mix until smooth, add the softened butter and stir it thoroughly once again.
