  1. Fry chicken legs in butter from both sides and lay out on a plate.
  2. Fry mushrooms and the squeezed garlic on the same oil, add broth, wine, mustard and mascarpone, salt, stew for 10-15 minutes.
  3. Lay out the fried legs in a baking form, pour mushroom sauce, strew with spices.
  4. Bake in an oven for 25 minutes at 180 °C.
  5. Sauce and decorate with herbs before serving.
