  1. Roll the most part of the dough and lay in the oiled form, making sides.
  2. Mix grated mozzarella, ricotta, eggs, onions, salt, spices, garlic and stir.
  3. Lay out a stuffing on the dough and spread it. Roll the remained dough and cover the cheese stuffing.
  4. Bake for 30 minutes at 180 °C.
  5. Allow to cool and decorate with herbs before serving. It is possible to add herbs, mushrooms or vegetables to a cheese stuffing.
