Lumaconi with mince

Preparation

In the top
  1. Cook lumaconi to half-done and cool.
  2. Fry the mince in a stew pan, salt and pepper. Pour in tomato paste and add finely chopped onions and tomatoes. Stew until done.
  3. Warm up cream in a pan, add cream cheese. Salt, pepper, stir until smooth.
  4. Fill lumaconi with mince and lay on a baking sheet. Pour the sauce and strew with grated parmesan.
  5. Bake for 20 minutes at 200 °C.
